*Please remind couples to PRINT CLEARLY with an INK PEN, especially if you plan to fax, or scan and email, the inventories.

Scoring

The Office of Marriage & Family scores your Fully Engaged pre-marital inventories and sends the results back to you.

Send your completed answer sheets in one of three different ways:

The Fully Engaged inventory will be scored and the results returned to you via email (preferred), US Mail or FAX.

*Please note: the inventories will not be returned to you. If needed, make a copy for your records before sending.

*Facilitators: Here is a sample of a couple pages of a scored inventory.

Payment

The cost for scoring is $7 per couple for parishes in the Diocese of Saint Cloud and $8 per couple for parishes outside the Diocese. Payment may be sent with completed answer sheets, or may be billed.
