The Church of St. Mary in Willmar, Mn. a 1450 family member faith community seeks a full-time person to build a comprehensive youth ministry program for middle and high school students and young adults. This position includes coordinating the faith formation programs for these age groups and the Confirmation preparation. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Theology; a certification in Youth Ministry or other relevant field of study. Previous experience in directing youth ministry and/or faith formation a plus. Candidate needs to possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to collaborate.
